Like any corset of the ladies of the bourgeoisie or of the nobility, it is laced only in the back. The servants and peasants only, wore corsets laced at the front, for they had no one to help them dress.
Knotted at the waist on the panier hoops it confers the finesse and the maintenance of the ladies of the court of Louis XVI.
Only corset, without shirt and panier hoops.
